Refunds & Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases of digital products (downloadable files such as PDF patterns) from the Marle & Row website.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1) Digital products and “returns”

Our products are supplied as digital content (downloads). Digital downloads cannot be “returned” in the physical sense once accessed.

2) Change-of-mind cancellations (cooling-off) and digital downloads

Online consumers usually have a 14-day cancellation period. However, for digital downloads the right to cancel can end when downloading begins if:

  • you give express consent for supply to start within the 14 days; and

  • you acknowledge you will lose your right to cancel once the download starts.

How Marle & Row supplies downloads:
By purchasing, you confirm that you want immediate access to the digital product and you understand this waives your cancellation right once the download begins.

If you have not started the download:
If you have not started downloading/accessing the file, and you contact us within 14 days of purchase, we will assess your request in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

3) Faulty, corrupted, incomplete, or misdescribed downloads

Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your download is faulty (e.g., corrupt file, wrong file, missing pages), you are entitled to remedies such as:

  • Repair or replacement (e.g., we send a corrected file), and if that’s not possible/doesn’t work,

  • an appropriate price reduction, which can be up to a full refund in some cases.

4) 30-day download availability (Hostinger link validity)

Your download link is available for up to 30 days from purchase. Please download and save your files within this period.

This 30-day availability window does not limit your legal rights if the digital content is faulty or misdescribed. If there’s a fault, contact us and we will provide a remedy (including re-supplying the file if needed).

5) How to request support or a refund

Email admin@marleandrow.co.uk with:

  • order number

  • product name

  • a short description of the issue (screenshots helpful)

  • what you want (replacement file / refund request)

Where a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method.
