Ladies Waistcoat — Cotton DK (Digital Pattern, Instant Download)
What you’ll make: A longline, textured waistcoat with braid cables, spiral twists, roomy set-in armholes, deep rib trims, integrated pocket linings, and three circular eyelet buttonholes finished with blanket stitch for duffle buttons. Designed for crisp stitch definition in cotton DK.
Sizing / Measurements: To fit bust 32–34 in (34–36 in, 36–38 in) / 81–86 cm (86–91 cm, 91–96 cm). Finished width (buttoned) approx 38½ in (42½ in, 44½ in) / 98 cm (108 cm, 113 cm). Length approx 27½ in (28 in, 29 in) / 70 cm (72 cm, 74 cm).
Materials: Cotton Double Knitting (DK) yarn, 50 g balls — 16 (16, 17).
Needles / Notions: 3¾ mm and 4 mm straight needles; cable needle; 3 duffle buttons; darning needle for blanket-stitch buttonholes.
Tension (gauge): 22 sts × 30 rows = 10 cm in stocking stitch on 4 mm; (pattern panels also given inside).
Recommended yarn: Rowan Summerlite DK — 50 g balls: 16 (16, 17).
