To fit bust: 32–34 (36–38, 40–42) in / 81–86 (91–97, 102–107) cm.
Finished garment chest: 44 (48½, 52½) in / 112 (123, 133) cm.
Length from shoulders: 32¼ in / 82 cm (all sizes).
Sleeve seam: 17½ (17¾, 18) in / 44 (45, 46) cm.
Tension (gauge)
15 stitches and 20 rows to 10 cm over stocking stitch and reverse stocking stitch on 6 mm needles.

Chunky / Bulky yarn in four shades (A, B, C, D).

Construction notes
The cardigan is worked flat in pieces and seamed. Ribbed hems are worked first, followed by the body in four motif blocks across, with colour changes twisted at the wrong side to prevent gaps. The fronts include neck shaping, after which a deep rib neckband is picked up and folded to the inside. Sleeves are increased from rib and worked in motif blocks before casting off. Buttonhole and button bands are picked up along the fronts and worked in rib.
