Sizing / Measurements: To fit bust 32–34, 34–36, 36–38, 38–40 in (81–86, 86–91, 91–96, 96–101). Finished width: 38, 40, 42, 44 in (96, 101, 106, 112). Lengths — Cropped: 18, 18, 19, 19 in (46, 46, 48, 48). Long: 25½, 25½, 26½, 26½ in (65, 65, 67, 67). Sleeve length: 18, 18, 19, 19 in (46, 46, 48, 48).
Tension (gauge): Over Panel A on 5 mm needles, 24 sts × 26 rows = 10 cm (4 in).
Yarn suggestions (Aran weight): UK — Rowan Kid Classic; Sirdar Hayfield Bonus Aran. US/Canada — Cascade 220 Superwash Aran; Lion Brand Wool-Ease (heavy worsted/aran-friendly). Needles & notions: 4 mm and 5 mm straight needles; cable needle; stitch holders; tapestry needle. Ribbing uses knit-through-back-loop/purl-1; neckband worked on 4 mm.
Construction notes: Pieces are worked flat and seamed. Body panels: Back and Front begin with K1tbl/P1 rib; long version works two full panel blocks (A-B-A then C-D-C) twice before shoulder cast-offs; cropped version begins at the second block (C-D-C). Sleeves are shaped with increases while maintaining a central panel (A → C → A) over double moss at sides; standard armhole, shoulder, and neck shaping; neckband is picked up, worked in rib, then folded inward and slip-stitched to the pick-up line.
Skill level: Intermediate — involves cabling with a holder, double moss, mirrored shaping, neckband pick-up, and seaming.
