What you’ll make: A long-sleeve DK-weight lace jacket with straight back, shaped fronts, neat neckband, sewn-on ties, and two pockets; cuffs and front edges finished cleanly for a polished look across seven sizes.

Yarn: 100% superwash wool double knitting (US #3 Light) — “easy-care DK.” Approx. 20 (22, 24, 24, 25, 27, 28, 30) × 25 g balls (match yardage if substituting).

Needles & notions: 4.0 mm (US 6) and 3.25 mm (US 3) needles; stitch holders, markers, blunt needle for seaming, blocking tools, scrap yarn.

Tension (gauge): 22 sts × ~28–30 rows = 10 cm / 4 in over pattern on 4.0 mm (US 6), or size to obtain gauge.

Recommended yarn: Rowan Pure Wool Superwash DK — 10 (11, 12, 12, 13, 14, 14) × 50 g balls.
