Yarn: 100% wool super bulky / super chunky yarn (or comparable bulky blend that meets gauge).
Needles & notions: 10 mm circular needle (29 in / 74 cm) or size to meet gauge; 10 mm straight needles; set of 10 mm double-pointed needles; cable needle; stitch holders; stitch markers; 1 novelty button approx 1½ in / 38 mm.
Tension (gauge): 11 stitches and 13 rows = 4 in / 10 cm over cable pattern using 10 mm needles (check and match before starting).
