Yarn: Super chunky / super bulky yarn. Estimated total: approx. 850–1,150 m (about 930–1,260 yd) depending on fibre, density, and how full you make the fringe.

Needles & notions: 9 mm (US 13) knitting needles. Crochet hook (for knotting fringe). Scissors and a tape measure.

Tension (gauge): 12 stitches and 17 rows to 10 cm over the stated pattern on 9 mm needles.
