What you’ll make: A longline aran-weight jumper with set-in sleeves and a ribbed collar; to fit bust 30/32–42/44 in (76/81–107/112 cm); finished garment approx 36–48 in (91–122 cm) chest; length 23 in (58 cm); sleeve seam 17 in (43 cm).
Yarn: Aran-weight pure wool yarn (100% wool suggested), 50 g balls; 17 balls for all sizes (total yarn length varies by brand).
Needles & notions: 5 mm needles; 4 mm needles; 1 spare double-pointed needle or cable needle (for twist crosses); stitch holders or waste yarn for neck stitches; tapestry needle; pins; measuring tape.
Tension (gauge): Arrowhead pattern: 19 stitches to 4 in (10 cm) on 5 mm needles (or size required); Pattern panel: 40 stitches to 6½ in (17 cm).
