Yarn: Double Knitting (DK); preferred fibre 100% wool (non-superwash) for crisp cables/bobbles; easy-care option: wool-rich DK (70–85% wool / 15–30% acrylic or nylon). Typical usage: 11 [12; 13] × 50 g.

Needles & notions: 3¾ mm and 4 mm needles; 3¾ mm circular for neckband; cable needle; stitch holders; markers; tapestry needle.
